LIVE AS A MISSIONARY
We strive to live as communities of missionaries sent within our everyday lives to proclaim the wonders and greatness of God in Jesus by the Spirit.
'Missionary' is a relatively new term in relation to the church and mission. The first 'missionaries' in the church were called pilgrims for the gospel. It is with this heart that we want to live. We are pilgrims—journeying through life with a deep union with God—and in so doing, intentionally loving those around us and drawing them into God's family and worship of our great and glorious Lord. We live in worship of God, in fellowship with our microchurch family, and on mission to embody, share, and reveal the gospel.
As a missionary with MCC you will have access to pastoral council and coaching with MCC leaders; fellowship with other missionaries and microchurch leaders; financial assistance for mission (when applicable); and complete access to all resources and tools to help equip you for a life on mission.

FORM A MICROCHURCH FAMILY
The overall goal of God's mission is to bring people into His family. Through adoption and new birth by the person and work of Jesus and by the power of the Spirit, humanity is brought into the divine relationship of Father-Son-Spirit in faith.
As we live as missionaries in our everyday life, draw people into our lives, and lead them into a relationship with God we form a spiritual family whose connection is not by the blood of genetics, but by the blood of Christ Jesus. A microchurch functions much like family as God intended—being together in unity, displaying the love of God to the world, and revealing the kingdom life to those around them.
As a microchurch you will have support, edification, and accountability from MCC leadership; connection with other microchurches and leaders within the network; access to network finances to support the mission and ministry of your spiritual family; and coaching, resourcing, and equipping for leading the microchurch.
